Some of you may know that I have been going through the PD Story and rewriting it into novel format. For those of you who do not, you can find what I have thus far Only registered users can see links on this forum! Register or Login on forum! |
Since I have gotten it all rewritten up to the last post made, and since it's very apparent that no one's planning on writing more, I'd like permission to finish it myself.
If I do get this permission, I'd like to know if anybody wanted anything in particular done with they're characters. |

You have my permission, as well as permission to use my character however you wish, if you want (although I don't recall him being mentioned past Part I). |

Well, thus far, it seems like you're the only one who cares, Foil.
Think I can go ahead then? |

I care quite a bit, But you may go ahead. However, read the General Discussion and Character sheet threads carefully, and I'd like to review my character's parts before you novelize it. Also, my character was going to assassinate the people in charge of the virus on his own, i.e. the CED, PTMC, etc. heads.
Also, my character is not technically on the good side. He is neutral, works for whoever pays him, and occasionally for revenge.
As a reminder, any time my character travels through time, anything in a 10 meter(30 foot) radius of my character's origin and destination is shifted around randomly between the origin and destination times at both locations, often between the two locations, though not in the intervening space. This is a bit hard to explain one-sidedly, ask questions if you have them. Thus the small rainstorm and the bot coming back in time with me.
Lastly, an update list of the redbook code group names (with control levels): (each level allow for more lower level bots to be controlled)
initially just security drones and small fighters (about 100)
Crawl (2-bot fighters, 50 at first)
Glut (Computer equipment on ships)
Gunner Down (medium-size military ships (20 at first))
Cold Reality (lower level overlord bots (5 at first, but each one increases my character's number of controllables by 100%))
Ratzez (larger military ships (5 at first))
Crush (medium level overlord bots (5 at first)(increases number of controllables by 150%))
Haunted (capital ships (2 at first))
Techno Industry (high level overlord bots (2 at first)(increases number of controllables by 200%))
Robot Jungle (The entire AI network)
NOTE: For ground fighting, there should be reasonable equivalents. |

I forgot one thing, assuming that my characer manages to take control of the entire AI network, I'm thinking that he would probably command it all to self-destruct, partly because that much information at once would be too overwhelming, and partly because he has already commanded bots under his control to self-destruct, when they could've been very useful. |

I hope you are still reading this from time to time, Scy, but my last thought was that as my character destroys the AI network, he should also die, either due to the information putting him into such great shock as to kill him, or because some of the self-destructing AIs hit him. My character is a tragic one, I want him to end tragically. |
